This article was a stub with no references. I added info, references, compartmentalized info in sections. I left in some of the claims, but I removed the statement that a food mill is a kind of ricer. In cookbooks and other cooks' references, a food mill always seems to be treated as a different item with different (increased) functionality. I also removed a statement that appeared to say that a potato masher is a ricer, for similar reasons. Richigi (talk) 19:52, 29 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
